CA. PRADIPTA KUMAR PANDA IS A CO-FOUNDER OF THE FIRM. He was enrolled as a member of the ICAI in 1997. Since 1997 to 2001, he was the proprietor of the accounting firm P. K. PANDA & ASSOCIATES. He is recognised as a visionary and a leading consultant on Direct & indirect laws in India.

His strength lies in maintaining integrity and delivering client satisfying services. His vision is to transform the entire practice into a platform of quality driven service industry.

He has held leadership roles and has been in the forefront in articulating group philosophy and values and believes in a team building approach He also have rich experience to in various types of audit which includes Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, Co-operative societies audit of various PSU, Government and Autonomous bodies. His ability to understand the business environment coupled with his sound financial and accounting background has enabled him to specialise in conducting statutory audits of companies. He has rich knowledge of GST, Concurrent Audit of banks. He also has rich experience to handle assessment cases.

He has completed certificate course on DISA and on Concurrent Audit of banks.

CA. SAILENDRA NATH PARIDA IS A CO-FOUNDER OF THE FIRM. He was enrolled as a member of the ICAI in 1979. From 1979 to 2001, he was the proprietor of the accounting firm S. N. PARIDA & CO.

He has an extensive exposure to the Indian Accounting and Auditing Standards. His expertise lies in the fields of Payroll Solutions, Tax Deduction At Source (TDS). He also has rich experience in the field of Govt. Audit. In addition to the above, he also assists clients both individuals and corporate in Direct Tax and Provident fund matters. He also involves in the Company law, LLP, ROC related area.

CA. DAMBARUDHAR PATI,B COM(HONS), FCA

CA. DAMABARUDHAR PATI IS A CO-FOUNDER OF THE FIRM. He was enrolled as a member of the ICAI in 1991. From 1991 to 2001, he was the proprietor of the accounting firm D. PATI & CO.

He is an expert in GST matters also having rich experience in sales tax matter. He also has experience as a financial advisor/consultant of many corporate clients. He has an excellent experience of taxation and corporate services and accounting software development and implementation. He has been involved in training client personnel by providing technical support and recommend improvements in their accounting systems.
